Bad customer service

Hello I'm not happy I kno someone who worked for Witham shop for 10 months or so and Rachel couple months ago phoned him up not gave him reason why she just said unfortunate this is not working out so he had to leave idont recommend volunteering here for any body they are so rude and obtructly they get rid off the volunteers for no reason and we have been in touch with Witham Council
